This is
not a flattering
review but we thought in the interest of transparency we should post
this.
We spoke
to the customer and showed her the receipt of what she was charged
to prove that she was not overcharged (because we were quite
concerned too).
Evidently
she had applied 'some sort of discount' which somehow got
'de-applied' without her knowing (sometimes a 'refresh' takes out
some entries?). And she pushed accept without looking at the
final number.
No other
customer have 'overcharged' issue with paying online. |
