In the interest of transparency we have included this 2-star review.  We are sorry that our Hungarian Beef Stew did not live up to this customer's expectation but our recipe is from a seasoned Hungarian chef (see Backstories) even though it may taste different from those in New York (but then, New York is not in Hungary).  Furthermore, no ketchup is used in our recipe.  The sweetness comes from the brown sugar which is one of the ingredients.

Also, a bit unfair that the gentleman gave us a 2-star when he said himself "his rating is only for the food taste" and he was happy with everything else.
